Pequoid Software

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pequoid Software LLC ("Pequoid," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you use our websites, web applications and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide — such as your name, email address, and any details you submit through contact forms, account registration or customer support requests.
  • Usage data — information about how you interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
  • Device and technical data — such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Strictly necessary cookies — used only where required for the Services to function, such as protecting forms against abuse. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. See section 4 below.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain and improve our Services;
  • Respond to inquiries, support requests and other communications;
  • Send administrative information, such as updates to our terms or policies;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve user experience;
  • Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we only use it for the purposes described in this policy or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers — such as hosting and cloud infrastructure (including Microsoft Azure), Cloudflare (which provides the Turnstile challenge on our contact form and receives your IP address and a challenge token in order to distinguish humans from automated traffic), Amazon Web Services (which delivers contact form messages to us by email), and customer support tools, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  • Legal and safety purposes — where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Pequoid, our users or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to the terms of this policy.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use tracking cookies. Our website sets no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, and no cross-site or behavioural tracking technologies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

We use only strictly necessary cookies, and only where they are required for the site to work correctly and securely. Today this means a security token cookie issued when you load a page containing our contact form, which protects that form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no advertising or profiling data and is not shared with anyone.

Preferences such as dismissing our cookie notice are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to traditional captchas; Cloudflare may set or read a cookie on its own domain in order to run that challenge, as described in section 3.

If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use it, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also opt out of certain communications, and manage or clear cookies and locally stored preferences through your browser or device settings. Because we use no tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
